From Sketches to Scalable MVP in 5 weeks

The Vision

Making people feel seen through clothing. Answering the question for every human on Earth of

"what should I buy?"

When Fashivly first launched in 2020, it was a clever workaround: a beautifully designed PDF, crafted by stylists, and sent to clients during a time when in-person styling wasn't possible during Covid.

The emotional pull of the product, the feeling of being seen, celebrated, and styled for real life, was undeniable.

The founders had a clear mission: scale that magic without losing what made it special.

The Challenge

Behind the scenes, the process was painfully manual.

Stylists were copy-pasting product URLs, screenshotting images, toggling between three editing tools, and typing descriptions line by line into a PDF.

Each lookbook took hours of repetitive effort.

"My biggest concern in bringing on a development team was ending up without a functional platform after investing the money. I'd seen countless examples of founders in my position who either chose the wrong team, or struggled with poor communication that kept execution from aligning with their vision.”

- Ashlyn Greer
Founder, Fashivly

"Honestly, it made me emotional, and I'm not someone who usually tears up! For so long, everyone at Fashivly, our stylists and our customers, had put up with a product that was clunky and barely usable, simply because it was solving a real problem. Finally being able to give our stylists hours back in their day, and to deliver a platform that was beautiful, shoppable, and easy to use? It meant everything."

We aimed to match the passion the founders had for Fashivly. We didn't want to limit ourselves to just leading the tech — we wanted to help shape the product.

"I have watched Ashlyn pitch Fashivly on stage several times. I have shared in the excitement of every milestone from pitch competition wins to product releases and sales increases. I stayed up late multiple nights to debug edge-case bugs, ensure on-time releases and address challenges. Since building the first MVP with Ashlyn and Taylor, I have always felt a sense of ownership and commitment to help Fashivly succeed."

From the Founders

"I feared working with someone who would just execute on what we needed, and not bring anything else to the table. Ash is a true collaborator, taking our ideas and vision and not just bringing them to life, but building on them and making them better. She's taught me so much along the way as well."
- Ashlyn Greer Founder, Fashivly

Why This Matters to You

Fashivly's story is familiar to many non-technical founders: the fear of wasting resources, the burden of inefficient processes, and the challenge of finding the right tech partner. If you're a founder sitting on a million-dollar idea scribbled on a napkin or drowning in workflows you know could be automated — you don't need a dev shop. You need a partner who gets it.
Checkbox Someone who can move fast, think strategically, and build tech that feels like it belongs.
