"what should I buy?"When Fashivly first launched in 2020, it was a clever workaround: a beautifully designed PDF, crafted by stylists, and sent to clients during a time when in-person styling wasn't possible during Covid.
The emotional pull of the product, the feeling of being seen, celebrated, and styled for real life, was undeniable. The founders had a clear mission: scale that magic without losing what made it special.
Stylists were copy-pasting product URLs, screenshotting images, toggling between three editing tools, and typing descriptions line by line into a PDF.
Each lookbook took hours of repetitive effort. We started with the heart of the business: the stylist workflow. Within just five weeks, we shipped Fashivly's first production MVP: a stylist-facing web app paired with a Chrome extension that automated the most tedious parts of fulfillment.
After the MVP, we didn't just tack on features. Instead, we built with intention without compromising on the momentum. Together with the founding team, we shaped a platform that kept the styling experience deeply personal while expanding what was possible:
A logged-in experience that feels more like a conversation than a dashboard. Warm, intuitive, and on-brand.
An internal tool that creates shoppable, head-to-toe looks that were styled by humans, scaled by tech.
Streamlined workflows for stylists, reducing burnout and increasing throughput without sacrificing quality.
Light-touch experiments in advanced product and style categorization, helping Fashivly explore the next frontier of personalization
We aimed to match the passion the founders had for Fashivly. We didn't want to limit ourselves to just leading the tech — we wanted to help shape the product.
